Academy Top Trumps On Tour
The success of the Lurgan Town Academy is spilling over into Scotland as they breeze past all opposition put before them. A 30 strong party of players and staff left on Friday evening for the first taste of competitive football for the young lads, and theur results are testiment to the coaching they receive on Friday evenings. The car boot sale at Lurgan Town Arena is set to return, beginning on Friday 1st May. Gates will open at 6.00pm. Cost is £5 per car and £10 per van / / / / All prize winners from last season should return their awards to Stuart Gordon as soon as possible. Contact Stuart on 07921001827.

Awards Night Dates
Lurgan Town will hold three awards evenings this year. First is the Junior Awards (U11-U17) at Lurgan Town Hall on Tuesday 12th May. Next will be the Club Dinner when the Senior Awards (U18, 2nd Team and 1st Team) will be handed out. It is set to take place in Brownlow House on Friday 15th May. Tickets are £20 for four course meal and evening entertainment. Lastly the Academy Awards (U8-U10) will be held in the Emmanuel Church on Wednesday 20th May. All family and friends are invited to all of the events and your support would be greatly appreciated. The Beautiful Game Soccer Shop will be selling club merchandise on both the junior and academy evenings.

Arena Set To Hold Games
The Arena has once again been recognised as one of the top grounds in junior football by being handed to prestigous fixtures. First up is the NIBFA, U16 Semi Final on the 7th April when Denby will take on Dungannon. Following that, on the 18th April, the U11 Semi Final will take place between Glenbowan and Dungannon.
